Founded in 1996, Nobelius Land Surveyors is a family-owned and operated business established by Licensed Surveyor Rob Nobelius after more than 20 years in the public sector. What began with Rob and his wife Chris had grown into the largest single-office cadastral surveying firm in Victoria. Over the years, 14 family members have worked in the business, with 12 currently part of the team, including Rob’s son Ben, who now serves as Managing Director.
With offices in Pakenham and now in Warragul, the firm services metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Geelong, Gippsland, and the Bass Coast. Nobelius Land Surveyors works with a diverse range of clients, from homeowners and first-time subdividers to experienced developers delivering large-scale land development projects.
